Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information CleanYourRecords.com — the Texas record-clearing practice of Wyde & Associates PLLC — collects, how it is used, who processes it on our behalf, and the choices you have. Effective date: June 11, 2026.
Information you provide to us
When you request a free eligibility check, call us, or email us, you choose to share information with the firm. Depending on the form, this can include:
- Your name, phone number, and email address
- Your date of birth (used to run the background check you request)
- The Texas county or counties where your case arose
- Details about your arrest, charge, or case that you choose to share
We use this information for one purpose: to evaluate your eligibility for record clearing or related legal services and to communicate with you about it. We never sell your data.
Submitting a form or contacting the firm does not create an attorney-client relationship. We treat your inquiry as confidential, but information you submit before an engagement agreement is signed is generally not protected by attorney-client privilege.
Service providers that process form submissions
Our intake forms are operated by third-party form processors acting on our behalf:
- Zoho Forms (Zoho Corporation) — powers the eligibility-check forms on our homepage, county pages, and family-violence page. Submissions are transmitted to and stored by Zoho and delivered to the firm.
- Pipedrive — powers the consultation forms on our guide pages. Submissions are transmitted to and stored by Pipedrive and delivered to the firm.
Analytics and advertising measurement
This site uses the following measurement tools:
- Google Tag Manager — loads measurement tags on our pages.
- Google Analytics — collects anonymized usage statistics (pages viewed, approximate location, device type) so we can understand how the site is used.
- Google Ads — when you arrive from one of our ads, ad-click identifiers (such as gclid) and campaign parameters (UTM codes) may be captured and associated with your inquiry so we can measure which advertising works.
These tools may set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser. You can limit ad personalization through your Google account settings and browser controls.
Fonts and embedded media
- Google Fonts — our pages load typefaces from Google's servers, which receive your IP address as a technical necessity of serving the files.
- Embedded video (YouTube) — where a page includes a video, the video player and its associated cookies load from YouTube/Google when the video is displayed or played.
Information stored in your browser
- Form drafts (sessionStorage) — as you fill out an eligibility form, your in-progress answers are saved in your browser's session storage so they are not lost if the page reloads. This data stays on your device and is cleared when you close the tab.
- Campaign parameters (localStorage) — ad-click identifiers and UTM parameters may be kept in your browser's local storage so that attribution survives between pages during your visit.
Retention
We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to evaluate and respond to your request, to comply with legal and professional-responsibility obligations, and to maintain accurate firm records. If you become a client, your information is governed by the engagement agreement and the firm's professional obligations.
Your choices
You may contact us at any time to ask what information we hold about your inquiry, to request a correction, or to request deletion. We will honor requests to the extent the law and our professional obligations allow. To opt out of analytics cookies, you can use your browser's privacy controls or Google's opt-out tools.
